First, and foremost, we’re BlackBerry enthusiasts. We allour BlackBerrys, and there’s nothing anyone can say to change it. Our backgrounds range from BlackBerry Certified techs and ex-RIM employees, to just someone with a vision and drive to make the best BlackBerry unlocking resource available.

Do we offer anything else besides BlackBerry? No. Why? Easily answered just by 1 simple fact: RIM produces 173,000 devices PER DAY. Even if 20% of them get unlocked, there’s a nice chunk of change waiting to be snatched up. We want it, don’t you?

Well, what makes you guys so different than eveyrone else? WHERE TO START with this one…. Well, let’s talk about what made us decide that no “supplier” would ever be able to make us happy. Codes came SLOOOOOOW. It didn’t matter WHO we bought from, anyone who advertised “INSTANT!” was lying. Instant means “occurring with no delay”. There isn’t a single supplier who isn’t lying to you about the speed of their service, when they claim this. (notice that NOWHERE on our site or emails will you see anything remotely close to use making some ridiculous false promise like that one.) Customer service was HORRIBLE! It didn’t matter if they were an American, Asian, or European company- we were NEVER able to get good customer service. Very rarely did anyone have a phone number to call, and even if they did, it probably wasn’t working or they’d never answer. Prices were way too high. It seemed as though the only people making money, were the ones actually making the codes. That’s great for them, but this is what we were interested in. We see great potential and wanted to be a “player”, too. Now, we want to be able to give other dealers that edge and ability to make a nice profit, without hassle of playing the “manufacturer” role. We invested some good money to be able to do this. The ultimate reason why we’re different is, we are taking all of the best ideas and putting them into 1 provider for you. We have a killer website, an AMAZING BlackBerry app, and a very well put together API. If you can’t make money through us, being in this industry is probably not for you.

Yes, we kind of came out of nowhere. Again, we had it with the “service” we received from all of the other sites who claim to be “sources”, when really they’re just a third-party “middle man”. We figured, the only thing that gave us the right to bitch about other services, was to have our own to compare to.
